The coaching process causes increased awareness allowing the client to take a step back and examine current and revealed knowledge from a different perspective, from a higher level you might say, and this gives them access to better solutions.

Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is an interactive process that is designed to help senior individuals and business owners to develop rapidly. It tends to follow the individuals agenda, is usually work related and is focused on enhancing performance, thinking or behaviour. It is a goal-orientated form of personally tailored learning for a busy executive. Executive coaching allows senior executives and business owners to have a confidential, independent ear to discuss issues that the isolation of their position creates.

The essential features of executive coaching are that it is a short-term, time limited, goal specific, action orientated and personally tailored approach to learning. It utilises feedback and offers objectivity.

Leadership
There have always been heavy demands on leaders in all organisations but today the demands of supplying products or services in a more targeted manner, faster and smarter can be a real juggling act. Leaders need to be  functioning at their best in order to handle all the demands of a modern organisation and an overload of stress reduces the efficiency and effectiveness of a Leader. Leadership and Isolation
The role of leaders in any organisation is by definition is an isolated one.
