Juanita received an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies in Executive Coaching and Applied Cognition and Neuroscience and a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and has completed her Graduate Certification in Executive and Professional Coaching and a Texas Teaching Certification from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Prior to coaching, Juanita's professional career spanned across her own successful entrepreneurial business, to leading multi-million dollar departments in the fast-paced high-profile retail environments such as Best Buy and Hewlett Packard, through designing, creating, and implementing new programs within various organizations including the Richardson Independent School District and the Texas Department of Human Resources.

Juanita's areas of management, human resources, and program development include technical computer knowledge, technical sales training, telecommunications, education based, and social work. Her audience has been executive managers, managers, professionals, companies, teams, small groups, and individuals of all ages.
