Ron Mills Ron is the founder and Coaching Director of Qualitas Coaching Ltd. he holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching (Distinction) awarded by The Coaching Academy Europe's largest coach training organisation and is also a Certified NLP Practitioner. In addition he has undertaken further intensive training in Corporate and Executive Coaching with two of the UK's foremost corporate coaches Neil & Vicki Espin of C.E.C.O.

 He has over 25 years experience working in IT in the Finance sector for a number of blue chip financial institutions including The Royal Bank of Scotland, HBOS, Standard Life, Scottish Provident, Xansa, First banking Systems and Abbey National. During this time he also ran his own independent IT consultancy for eight years.

Ron specialises in coaching Business Leaders and Business Owners to maximise their effectiveness, enhance performance and drive forward results that can dramatically improve their company's earnings performance.

Ron is the current Head of "The Association for Coaching" in Scotland, a not for profit organisation working to promote best practice in standards and ethics and raise the profile of coaching as a profession ( www.associationforcoaching.com ). A national and international organisation it has over 2000 members in 35 countries worldwide. He is also a  life member of The Coaching Academy and active in, and occasionally leads, the Edinburgh Coaching Circle and two NLP practice groups one in Edinburgh and one in Bridge of Earn.

Angela McGarry Angela McGarry is a professional Corporate Coach accredited by The Coaching Academy, Europe 's leading coaching organisation and sole sponsor of the National Occupational Standards in Coaching and Mentoring. She has also trained in NLP and ergonomic assessment. Angela has 10 years organisational experience as a Police Officer within Central Scotland Police. During this time she gained experience and qualifications in counselling, communication, project management, leadership and customer service. Angela is an accomplished public speaker and member of Toastmasters International

Angela coaches on both a 1-1 and team basis. She focuses on performance and leadership coaching at executive and board level. Angela believes that organisations can gain a competitive edge by investing in their people and so delivers in-house and external leadership and coaching development courses. She has coached in the sectors of architecture and design, financial services, fundraising, transport and distribution, business start-up, property management, police services, leisure and construction. Angela is a member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC)

Will Wetherall William Wetherall has been trained as a Corporate, Business Growth and Personal Coach by The Coaching Academy. William has a BA (hons) majoring in Business Japanese, Political Science, Spanish, ‘Marketing and the Consumer' and ‘Australia and the Asian Economies'. In Australia, he focused on sales and marketing at SME level in fine fragrance and cosmetics. In the UK, he represented Japanese multinational Itochu at subsidiary level, concentrating on the development of the Japanese food and beverage market in Europe with clients such as Yo! Sushi and Wagamama.

William has worked with The Coaching Academy in sales and customer service and is currently implementing NLP-based sales techniques within the Enterprise Resource Planning and Client Relationship Management IT recruitment sector.

William speaks fluent Japanese, French and Spanish and is dedicated to the delivery of coaching services and leadership and coaching development courses both at home and abroad.  William coaches on both a 1-1 and team basis. He feels that coaching has its greatest impact when implemented throughout organisations and not just at senior executive or board level. William has coached in the sectors of marketing consultancy, recording and publishing, telecommunications and six sigma.
